These terms apply whenever you use The Hormone Method website, app, or coaching services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
Eligibility
The service is intended for women aged 18 and over. You are responsible for the information you provide about your health, cycle, and lifestyle, and for keeping it accurate.
Not medical advice
The Hormone Method is a wellness, education and coaching platform. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment. Speak to a qualified doctor before starting any new nutrition, training or supplement protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, have a diagnosed condition, or are taking medication.
Memberships and billing
- Monthly plans are billed every month. Two month programmes are billed every two months. Three month programmes are billed every three months. Annual plans are billed once per year.
- Prices are shown in the app in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- You can cancel a renewing plan from your account at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- One to one coaching sessions that go unused inside a paid cycle are not carried over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Because the app grants immediate access to programmes, tracking and content, we do not offer refunds on completed billing periods. If a technical issue prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will make it right.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been accessed by anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute paid content, videos, PDFs or programmes.
- Be kind in the community. Harassment, spam, and medical advice from other members are not permitted.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
Content ownership
All programmes, recipes, videos, guides and written material inside The Hormone Method belong to us or to our licensors. Your own logs, photos and messages remain yours.
Ending your access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can close your own account at any time from the app or by writing to us.
Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dubai.
